Grundy Supply is Walter's business. Why would I include a list of businesses that work with Grundy Supply? As a business owner myself, I always like to know who I'm doing business with and who they do business with; I want to know about practices or events which may impact my business or image. For example, Grundy Supply holds cleaning contracts with places that include banks and other businesses that maintain sensitive, private client information. He insists that he and his family members be his company's only employees. Cleaning of clients by companies like Grundy typically takes place after hours and the cleaners are often left unsupervised. I would want to know if the owner of the company which cleaned my bank--who had access to personal information such as my account number and signature discarded in a waste basket--was questionably unethical. I am in no way stating or suggesting that Walter, Grundy Supply, or any agent thereof, have ever engaged in unethical business practices, and have no evidence of unethical business behavior. I am simply saying that if a guy apparently stole $210,000 from one of his best friend's widow, I would want to know if he and his company potentially had access to my sensitive, personal information. If I was a business that did business with his company, I would want to know, as well.

Grundy Supply, Walter's company, appears to do business with the following organizations: (Grundy Supply is a Facility Maintenance and Foodservices operation, also categorized as a restaurant equipment and supplies service. Walter has approximately 160 clients, most of whom are small venues, made up of mainly food stores. He does have several bigger clients and subcontracts for two larger facility maintenance and supplier companies.)

State of Illinois (less than $100 per year).

Corporate Cleaning Concepts. Plainfield, IL. Specifically, Walter seems to deal with Piper Kaufman of the organization. This is one of the the larger suppliers for which he subcontracts. As of 8/1/08, Piper Kaufman claims MB Financial Banks is no longer a client. She also claims Walter has never set foot in Krause Floors, one of her clients. Neither statement has been confirmed by MB Financial Banks or Krause Floors.

IMTT. Channahon, IL. Walter subcontracts for them, as well.

ExxonMobil Plants. (Handles 3 of them.) Walter subcontracted this through IMTT. Richard French is the contact at Exxon.

MB Financial Banks. Currently handles the Joliet branch. He is expected to get the Plainfield and Bolingbrook branches, too. This is subcontracted through Corporate Cleaning Concepts. The contract on the new branches is tentatively scheduled to start May 1, '08.

Presidential Towers, Chicago. This is one of Walter's bigger contracts.

Walgreens. He once handled some but had to subcontract to maintain; he had problems with the subcontractors and no longer handles Walgreens or subcontracts to others.

Grundy Bank. Morris, IL. Sarah Stevens is the branch manager Walter deals with and Tara Ehrman places orders with him, too.

Mazon State Bank. Mazon, IL. This name should look familiar. Yup, this client of Walter's is where Rudy kept his safe deposit box; the one Walter appears to have emptied my mom's inheritance out of.

Kraus Floors. Bolingbrook, IL.

Schaefer Greenhouses, Inc. Montgomery, IL.

Super Wal-Mart in Morris, IL. Walter felt the store was too large and declined the opportunity.

Organizations are still being reviewed. If you know of ones which do business with Grundy Supply, feel free to email me.
